She has represented Heublein, Inc in the sale of executive estates and vineyards, The Herman Rowland Trust in the sale of multiple holdings and the Trust Dept of Bank of America in the sale of ranches, up to 10,000 acres. Larry served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for several leading telecommunications firms including Uninet, a division of United Telecommunications now Sprint Corporation, TelCom General Corp, a division of British Petroleum, and PacTel Spectrum Services, a division of Pacific Telesis Corporation. He also served as Chairman and CEO of United Electronic Printers Inc. for thirteen years. Larry personally owns several TIC investments Larry has both a real estate license and a securities registration to sell direct participation products through Welton Street Investments LLC. He specializes in tax efficient exit strategies for appreciated real estate. These securities products may offer selected clients alternatives for real estate investing and in selecting replacement properties for 1031 exchanges.
